General Tariff Terms

● Trip Calculation
   Kilometers and hours will be calculated from garage to garage.
● Usage Limits & Billing
   Exceeding 7 hrs / 12 hrs will be billed under 10 hrs / 15 hrs tariff respectively.
● Tariff Inclusions
   Tariff covers vehicle + driver + fuel only.
● Additional Charges
   Toll, Parking, Entry & Permit charges are extra and must be paid by the customer.
● Driver Batta
   Applicable on a calendar-day basis as per duty.
● Fuel Price Variation
   Rates may be revised if fuel prices increase.
● Cancellation / No-Show
   Cancellation charges will apply if the vehicle has already started or in case of customer no-show.
● Vehicle Availability
   Vehicle model & features allotted will depend on the availability during the time of trip.
● Booking Confirmation
   50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
