1. By registering as a customer with Safe Call Drivers or accessing our services through any platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition.
2. If you disagree with any part, refrain from using our services.
3. Safe Call Drivers reserves the right to revise service charges based on peak/non-peak hours; verify tariffs before booking.
Driver availability depends on demand and operations.
4. Maintain no personal relationships with drivers beyond service interactions.
5. Do not permit drivers to use your personal belongings (e.g., phones, chargers).
6. Assign only driving tasks; we disclaim liability for unauthorized activities like errands.
7. Inspect vehicle (belongings, spare tyre, tools) before payment and releasing driver
8. We are not liable for injuries/damages from your vehicle’s faults (e.g., brakes), per owner’s
maintenance duty under Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
Parking and RTO Compliance (Sections 122, 126 MV Act)
9. Instruct parking in designated areas only; you bear full responsibility for improper parking
challans (₹500 first offense, ₹1,000 subsequent)
10. You are liable for RTO challans beyond driver control (tolls, documentation, overloading), as
vehicle owner under MV Act.
11. Do not encourage overspeeding, signal jumping, wrong-lane driving, or racing. Valuables and Belongings
12. Do not leave valuables in vehicle; we disclaim liability for loss/theft.
13. Drivers display company ID; report suspicions to call center immediately.
Payments
14. Cash payments only, directly to driver post-service.
15. We are not liable for vehicle damage, injury, theft, or incidents; ensure comprehensive insurance (mandatory under Section 146).
16. No liability for accidents from driver negligence/third parties; claim via your insurer (no-fault liability on owner up to ₹5 lakh death/₹2.5 lakh grievous hurt under Section 164).
17. No liability for driver health issues causing incidents, beyond our control.
18. Private hires without notification at your risk.
Accident Duties (Section 134 MV Act)
Drivers comply with stopping, aiding injured, and reporting; you handle claims.
19. We may decline bookings; do not permit driving under influence.
20. Terms may change without notice; review periodically.
Support
21. Contact helpline/email for grievances.
1. Start & End kms/hours calculated garage to garage.
2. Parking, toll & state permit charges must be paid by the customer.
3. Duty slip must be filled and signed by the customer — no disputes later.
4. A similar category vehicle may be provided if booked vehicle is unavailable.
5. AC usage may be restricted in hill areas or parked vehicle.
6. Drivers will follow legal speed limits as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
7. Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
8. Sightseeing limited to approved itinerary only.
9. Pick-up/drop location will be one point unless pre-approved.
10. Off-route travel, repeated visits, extra hours → additional charges apply.
11. Restricted night driving in hill areas follows local safety rules.
12. Fuel price variations may change tariff.
13. Company not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or restrictions.
14. Company not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, damages.
